The Defendant refused to pay the debt for the work performed, referring to the fact that the Claimant did not reflect this business transaction in the tax reporting and lost the right to take into account the deductions for the value-added tax. At the same time, the agreement between the Parties did not contain any conditions on the tax clause, and therefore the legal position of the Defendant was recognized by the court as unfounded.
Result:
The court has satisfied the requirements of the Claimant (the Client) in full.
