Eliminate the possibility of being subject to secondary liability
The Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow received an application from a bankruptcy creditor to bring individuals to subsidiary liability and recover from them jointly cash in the amount of several hundred million rubles. On the issue of protecting the rights of our Client, procedural positions have been prepared.
Result:
As a result of the consideration of the case on the merits, the Moscow Arbitration Court did not find sufficient grounds to satisfy the bankruptcy creditor’s stated requirements on bringing individuals to subsidiary liability.
