Protection of property rights of a Client on the recognition as invalid of the residential premises contract of donation; and the use of the consequences of the transaction invalidity

In the interests of the Client, a legal position was formed, a statement of claim was prepared and submitted to recognize the contract of gift of residential premises as invalid and the application of the consequences of the invalidity of the transaction. As part of the consideration of the above case, the court appointed and conducted a judicial handwriting examination.

Result:

The decision was made in favor of the Client. The controversial donation contract was declared invalid, the provisions on its invalidity were applied to the transaction, the Client’s right to the disputed immovable property was restored. The decision has come into force.
